The hotel's location is nice and quiet, just a short ride to the historic district, overlooking the marina. The rooms, although spacious with a waterfront side view, fell short with old stale odors and neglected maintenance. The service was exceptional, especially by the shuttle drivers who went above and beyond. The dining experience with French products was extremely satisfying. The pool and lovely terrace overlooking the marina added to the beauty of the waterfront setting.

The service was helpful and cordial, going out of their way to assist, though some staff members seemed less enthusiastic. The dining options were overpriced, with limited choices for breakfast. My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were far beyond what I expected, spacious, comfortable, and clean, with a pretty view that made my stay enjoyable. However, the disappointment came with the dining options, as they were not up to par, which slightly affected the overall experience. Despite this, the service was outstanding and the location was convenient.
The hotel room wasn't big or nice as I pictured, which sadly ruined my Valentine's Day. It just wasn't worth my money, and I won't be going back. On the bright side, the room was great, clean, overlooked the lot, which was exactly what we wanted, but it was right next to the lobby and elevator.
